My time in London has been defined by a deep dive into the business of luxury. From analyzing luxury innovation to engaging in high-level industry panels and research projects, I have developed a multi-faceted understanding of the global market. I am currently finalizing my Master’s dissertation: a dual-part brand concept for Bulgari Hotels. This project pairs a strategic written report on the experiential demands of next-generation consumers with a practical, invite-only experiential platform designed to redefine brand loyalty for the modern era.

A Brand Extension for Bulgari Hotels

Master’s Dissertation

A dual-format dissertation comprising an in-depth written document and an industry-standard practical project, proposing an original brand extension for Bulgari Hotels aimed at the next generation of high-net-worth consumers.

The project centres around a single question: how are luxury brands able to create experience-led, community-driven engagement models that build long-term emotional loyalty with next-generation consumers? This dissertation proposes an experiential, referral-based platform extending the Bulgari Hotels brand into a world of exclusive cultural and lifestyle events - creating a new touchpoint that preserves the brand's exclusive positioning while opening an entry point for the next generation of luxury consumers.

Supported by primary research, academic frameworks and a critical analysis of the luxury hospitality landscape, the written document makes the case for why this extension is right for Bulgari. The practical project brings the concept to life at industry standard - from brand identity and campaign direction to the platform experience itself.
